
Mr. Logan has represented institutional lenders and investors in a variety of commercial mortgage financing, structured financing, and mezzanine financing transactions. His practice has included representing loan participants, construction lenders and permanent lenders, as well as equity investors in joint venture transactions. He has experience representing sellers, purchasers, tenants, and landlords in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing for all property types. He also has experience in a varierty of real estate and business related litigation matters. Attorney Logan has also represented loan servicers in transactions and litigation involving post-closing debt restructuring, modifications and workouts, foreclosures and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure for a variety of distressed projects.
Prior to forming Mancuso & Logan LLC, Mr. Logan practiced law in the Finance and Real Estate Group of the international law firm Dechert LLP.
Mr. Logan is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (B.A.) and earned his J.D. (magna cum laude) from Western New England College School of Law, where he was a member of the executive board of the Western New England Law Review.
As an undergraduate at Holy Cross, Dan was a four-year starter on the Men’s Varsity Ice Hockey team and played in every game during his career. He was named a Captain during his junior and senior seasons.
Attorney Logan is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and the U.S. District Court for the State of Connecticut. Mr. Logan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. He is currently a contributing editor for the American Bar Association Model Real Estate Development Limited Liability Company Agreement. Attorney Logan has been a lecturer for the Connecticut Bar Association seminar program on Title Insurance topics. He is also on the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Wethersfield.
Mr. Logan resides in Wethersfield, Connecticut with his wife and two children. He serves as a volunteer coach in the Wethersfield Youth Soccer League and with the Central Connecticut Youth Hockey Association.
